Please read these Terms of Service (TOS) before purchasing our services.

Terms of Service (TOS)

  • Kelvin Online Store (We) reserves the right to modify service and warranty prices for any reason without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify the website, WhatsApp server, and package contents at any time without prior notice or reason.
  • If you violate any of our Terms of Service or Refund Policy, we reserve the right to blacklist you from our service at any time without any refund for the purchased order.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: All content and intellectual property associated with Kelvin Online Store, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, are the property of Kelvin Online Store or its affiliates. Any unauthorised use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement set by Rockstar Games, Inc. We will not take any responsibility for any legal action and obligations by the game developer.
  • You understand and agree that a kind of boosting service for online games always poses a risk of getting a game banned by the game developer. However, not all the game ban is caused by the service. We will not take any responsibility for any legal action and obligations by the game developer.
  • Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.
  • You have tacitly agreed with these Terms by providing us with your game login details and account. However, suppose you disagree with any part of the terms. In that case, you may not provide your game login details to us, whether electronic, oral, or written by text via any available messaging apps, not limited to Shopee in-app chat function, WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • All orders must be claimed by you within three (3) days after the date of payment. Any unclaimed order after 3 days from the date of payment will be marked as completed in our system, and no service and no refund will be provided.
  • For any incorrect account login information provided more than twice (2) by you recklessly or not recklessly, no service will be provided, and no refund will be approved due to the digital nature of our services.
    • Providing us with incorrect game account login information implies an incorrect order transfer to a non-existing or incorrect game account. This process is irreversible. Therefore, you are responsible for providing the correct login information so we do not top-up your order to the wrong game account.

Refund Policy

  • Chargeback attempts will be denied due to the digital nature of our services.
  • Fraudulent activity will not be tolerated and will result in immediate blacklisting without the possibility of a refund.
  • We provide services for specified periods. All sales are final, even if the service is not delivered for the promised duration. This is due to our reliance on and ability to provide service to you.
  • You automatically agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy by using our website and purchasing our services.
  • Automatic bans will be issued if you attempt to reverse engineer or debug our services.
  • Any unclaimed order after a week (7 days) from the payment date will be marked as completed in our system, and no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds will not be provided if we do not cause the identified problems. This includes:

    • Change of mind after payment due to personal reasons such as not remembering game account username or password.

    • Change of mind after payment due to your GTA game is not PC version or not supported for service (PlayStation / XBOX).
    • Unable to sign in Rockstar Games Launcher due to internet protocol (IP) lock.
    • Once the order is marked as “shipping” on the Shopee platform.

    • Once you have provided us with your account login information.

    • Once your order is marked on the queue in our system.

  • Full refunds will be provided if we cause the identified problems. This includes:
    • Unable to provide service to you due to the offline of the service system.

    • Unsolvable technical issues on our side after a long period.

    • The service is no longer available after payment due to our reliance on and ability to provide service for you.

  • For any incorrect account login information provided more than twice (2) by you recklessly or not recklessly, no service will be provided, and no refund will be approved due to the digital nature of our services.
    • Providing us with incorrect game account login information implies an incorrect order transfer to a non-existing or incorrect game account. This process is irreversible. Therefore, you are responsible for providing the correct login information so we do not top-up your order to the wrong game account.
  • We reserve the right to modify or rewrite our terms and conditions and refund policy at any time, with or without reason.

Order Transfer and Delay Policy

 

  • Transfer of order from one account to another will be approved if the first game account provided by you has a protocol (IP) lock.
  • Delay of order fulfilment will be approved if you have an issue logging into your game account or obtaining a login authentication code.
  • The order must be claimed by you within three (3) days after the payment date.
  • Any unclaimed order after three (3) days from the payment date will be marked as completed in our system, and no service and no refund will be provided, due to the digital nature of the service.

Limited Free Warranty

  • Complimentary 1 (one) day account warranty will be recorded and activated automatically after receiving a Shopee rating and review from the customer within 10 minutes after service fulfilment. 
  • For any purchase outside the Shopee platform, the free warranty plan will be activated automatically after service fulfilment. 
  • The limited free warranty only covers the technical issues caused by our service. We do not accept any form of account or service claiming if the game developer suspends or bans your game account before or after the service. Technical issues are as such:
    • Game crashes/corrupt after game service is covered.
    • The amount top-up is not the same as per order.
    • Game ban during top-up service.
  • We do not accept any warranty claims after the free warranty period.
  • We do not provide a warranty for any potentially risky game account (high reports, cheating, modding and any means that violate the game's terms of conditions).
  • Free warranty is strictly not applicable for any customer who has purchased similar GTA online services from other sellers (money boost, level boost, etc.) before or after purchasing from Kelvin Online Store or any game modding with third-party software recklessly or not recklessly. 
  • Strictly no warranty claiming for any GTA account that has been suspended/banned by the game developer before obtaining service from the seller.
  • We do not take any responsibility for the corrupted game or any similar related issues to the game account that are unrelated to the game service provided after returning the game account to you.
  • Warranty must be claimed within 30 days from the valid warranty ended date. No claim will be accepted after the respective date.
  • Warranty can only be claimed to the game account that has warranty registed. The warranty claim cannot be transferred to another account by any kind.
  • We reserve the right to modify or rewrite our warranty policy at any time, with or without reason.

Extended Warranty

  • The extended 30 (thirty) days account warranty subscription will be recorded and activated automatically after receiving your full payment.
  • The subscription will expire in the next 30 days, counting from the date and time after sending the service receipt to your email or chat.
  • For game suspension, in-game credits will cover up to 500 million + 300LVL and be credited back to your game account after the suspension period has ended.
  • For a permanent ban, a new PC Premium GTA Edition (Steam/Rockstar/Epic), subject to the availability of stocks, will be compensated to the affected customer within 14 working days.
  • All the claims required screenshot proof of game suspension or permanent ban email and a splash screen screenshot from the Game Developer to indicate the game account has been affected.
  • Extended warranty is strictly not applicable for any customer who has purchased similar GTA online services from other sellers (money boost, level boost, etc.) before or after purchasing from Kelvin Online Store or any game modding with third-party software recklessly.
  • We reverse to terminate your warranty subscription if we have confirmed you are involved in any form of modding, cheating or injecting mod into the game that has the risk of causing game suspension or ban.
  • Strictly no warranty claiming for any GTA account that has been suspended/banned by the game developer before obtaining service from the seller. If the game suspension is caused by the service provider, warranty claims will be provided.
  • Strictly no refund for warranty after activation.
  • We do not take any responsibility for the corrupted game or any similar related issues to the game account that are unrelated to the game service provided after returning the game account to you.
  • We do not accept any warranty claims after the warranty period.
  • Warranty must be claimed within 30 days from the valid warranty ended date. No claim will be accepted after the respective date.
  • Warranty can only be claimed to the game account that has activated the warranty subscription. The warranty claim cannot be transferred to another account by any kind.
  • We reserve the right to modify or rewrite our warranty policy at any time, with or without reason.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • Kelvin Online Store is committed to protecting our users' privacy and personal data. We collect and process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Malaysia and the relevant data protection laws in Malaysia. Our Privacy Policy provides detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website and purchasing our products, you automatically agree to our Privacy Policy.
  • If you wish to have your data removed from our records, please contact us through WhatsApp or email, and we will promptly assist you. Please be assured that we handle your personal information with the utmost care, and we will not disclose or utilise it for any purposes beyond those explicitly stated in our privacy policy. Your trust and privacy are of utmost importance to us, and we strive to maintain the highest data protection standards.
  • We assure you that under no circumstances will we share your data with any third parties or law institutions without the presence of proper court orders. We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your information and adhere to strict security measures to protect it. Rest assured that your trust in us is valued, and we will handle your data with the utmost care and respect for your privacy.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kelvin Online Store regarding the use of our products and services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Kelvin Online Store with respect to such subject matter.
