After payment, we will top up the in-game credits into your game account within 30 minutes by requesting your game account id.
We provide the highest possible safe service to our customers. We always carry out SAFETY TESTING before releasing any service. As a result, it has been 99.8% (100%) safe to trust and use our service.
Your game account details (email and password) are required in order to top up the in-game credits. You must confirm the account details provided are correct. You are NOT required to remove any account security (e.g. Steam Guard).
Do not worry. You are NOT required to disable any safety security (e.g. Steam Guard) for your game account. We do not share your account information with any parties. We will protect your info under PDPA 2010.
After successful payment, you will receive a service bot link from the seller to register you for the online service. Then, the service provider will fulfil your order within the same day of the purchase date. Each service is expected to take less than 30 minutes to process (ideally).
We will only give the customer one more attempt (the last attempt) to provide the correct login details. Providing wrong information means delaying service. Strictly no refund or service will be provided for the customer who provides incorrect account login details more than twice in our system.
