I get a suspension ban until 28-01-2025. I cannot play GTA Online.

Yes, you cannot play GTA Online until 28-01-2025 (USA time) or the suspension end date.

My game account just got banned. May I know what warranty can I claim?

(1) If you have received a Game Suspension for 30 days with the game character being reset, you can claim a free service after the suspension ended, up to 500 mil + 300 level only. 

Example: If you have purchased 450 mils + 500 lvl + max stats + unlock all with an extended warranty, and you have received a suspension ban after service, you can claim free service for 450 mils + 300 level only after the game suspension has ended.

(2) If you have received a Permanent Game Ban, you can claim a new GTA premium edition game.

If my suspension ban only ends after the warranty valid date, can I still claim the free service warranty?

Yes, as long as you have requested a warranty claim with us within the valid warranty date, you can claim free service after the warranty ended. However, all warranties must be claimed within 30 days after a valid warranty claim.

No warranty claim will be entertained if you only request for warranty claim after a valid warranty date.

Example: You purchased a 30-day warranty on 28-Jan-2025. Your warranty coverage will be valid until 26-Feb-2025. You got a suspension ban on 15-Feb-2025 and the suspension ban will end on 17-Mar-2025.

As long as you request for suspension ban claim before 26-Feb-2025, you can get a free service claim after 17-Mar-2025 even if your valid warranty is only until 26-Feb-2025.

However, you must claim the free service within 30 days, starting from the warranty ended date, meaning before 28-Mar-2025. You cannot claim free service after 28-Mar-2025.

Why is my suspension ban mentioned to end on 28-Mar-2025 but I still cannot log in to GTA Online on the same date?

GTA system time is following USA time, which is GMT+5. Please wait for another one more day before trying to login again.

My suspension ban has ended. How can I claim for free service?

Please ensure you can log in to GTA Online first, recreate your online character and complete your online tutorial before requesting the free service claim.

Fail to do so will require you to pay service provider RM 10 (subject to change) for additional service fee to create online character and complete gta online tutorial.

Will I get banned again after receiving a free service claim?

Please note that as long as you still can play GTA online, you will always have a risk of getting banned since they have a powerful Batteye system now.

If I get a ban after the free service claim, can I request for warranty claim again?

No, the warranty only can be claimed once as per the warranty policy. We will not take any responsibility after the warranty claim.

Can I get a refund for the warranty subscription that I have purchased if I don't want to claim a warranty?

No, all warranties are not refundable or transferable as per the warranty policy.
