Yes, you cannot play GTA Online until 28-01-2025 (USA time) or the suspension end date.
(1) If you have received a Game Suspension for 30 days with the game character being reset, you can claim a free service after the suspension ended, up to 500 mil + 300 level only.
Example: If you have purchased 450 mils + 500 lvl + max stats + unlock all with an extended warranty, and you have received a suspension ban after service, you can claim free service for 450 mils + 300 level only after the game suspension has ended.
(2) If you have received a Permanent Game Ban, you can claim a new GTA premium edition game.
Yes, as long as you have requested a warranty claim with us within the valid warranty date, you can claim free service after the warranty ended. However, all warranties must be claimed within 30 days after a valid warranty claim.
No warranty claim will be entertained if you only request for warranty claim after a valid warranty date.

Example: You purchased a 30-day warranty on 28-Jan-2025. Your warranty coverage will be valid until 26-Feb-2025. You got a suspension ban on 15-Feb-2025 and the suspension ban will end on 17-Mar-2025.
As long as you request for suspension ban claim before 26-Feb-2025, you can get a free service claim after 17-Mar-2025 even if your valid warranty is only until 26-Feb-2025.
However, you must claim the free service within 30 days, starting from the warranty ended date, meaning before 28-Mar-2025. You cannot claim free service after 28-Mar-2025.
